Opis:

Wine:
A blend from a fifty-year-old parcel around 500 meters above sea level. This spends three days on skins and a year in sandstone amphorae. Bottled by the magnum, this is wonderfully fragrant, saline and refreshing.

Winery:
Cantina Giardino was born in 2003, today it has about 7 hectares of vineyards in Fiano, Greco, Aglianico and Coda di Volpe, all of which are grown in organic viticulture and with vinestock up to 100 years old. The vines are distributed in various municipalities in the Irpinia area, with consequent diversification of the soils and are managed directly by Antonio di Gruttola and his wife Daniela, with the sole exception of a small part of grapes purchased through micro conferrers and whose analyzes never have detected residues of substances coming from the use of synthetic chemistry. In the cellar, fermentations are spontaneous, with more or less long macerations, for a line of wines produced in the most natural way possible and whose liquid aspires to be a pure extract of the territory.
