Assyrtiko Maison by Ktima Ligas was born from Jason’s desire to safeguard the native varieties of the Greek territory. Vinified spontaneously in steel with maceration on the skins, it is aged half in steel and the half in used barrels by Selosse, from which Jason has learned the art of vinifying with respect. Faceted nose played on tones of citrus, earth, and sea, enveloping and very mineral on the palate. Wine made with old-style artisanal methods.
